Carbs Are Buns

Carbs are buns.
Literally — buns.
Soft. Processed. Empty.
And figuratively? Still buns.
Weak. Overhyped. Kinda sad.

We grew up thinking they made the meal. That bread was the base. That you couldn’t eat a burger without something to hold it. But Gen Z might’ve been onto something. They started calling things “buns” when they were trash — and honestly, they nailed it.

This shirt is for those who grew up eating by the rules, and then decided to write their own. It’s for the ones who peeled back the pyramid, questioned the guidelines, and realized: the meat is the meal.
